EA Routing Me to Midwest Server Instead of East Coast Where I Should Be Routed

Question

Im on the East Coast and normally get 17 ms ping to EA servers, and now my ping is locked to 28 ms

I ran the EA Connection Quality Report and noticed: Connection Score was 17 ms and my ISP connection score was 28 ms

This clearly shows that my ISP is routing me through a longer path to EA's servers.

On top of that, matches i played while at 28 ms ping (on Kansas servers) dont appear in my match history on EA Help. But all games from before when i was routed correctly to East coast, are still there.

This feels like a region/server sync issue on EA's end. it was fine before.

Can someone from EA please look into this? I'd like to be routed back to East Coast servers (like new york, washington dc, virginia etc) which used to give me stable 17 ms and lower

I’m in Los Angeles and my matches get routed outside the country to Poland and Germany data center / server. Which makes gameplay unbearable. They need to fix their netcode and give us the option to choose our nearest data center/ server like in apex legends.
