EA Server Dropped Me in Middle of Match… Again
This is the second time in as many days that I’ve been playing a Rivals match when the EA server dropped my connection (see attached screenshot). The last time was at the conclusion of the match (screenshot also attached). This time it was right in the middle. Both times I was winning or had already won, and both times there was absolutely nothing wrong with my internet connection (I can see my modem from where I sit and the lights were all solid as could be). In each case when I logged back in I was greeted by the DNF message saying I’d be penalized coins despite the fact that the disconnection WAS NOT MY FAULT.
I’ve seen others post about this issue, but I’ve not seen anything from EA to acknowledge it much less fix it. This is twice in less than 48 hrs it’s happened to me, and it’s no longer a one-off issue. It’s just become yet another point of pain (lag/latency being the primary thorn in everyone’s side) in what feels like an abusive relationship between EA and FC25 community. It really sucks to feel like I’m constantly having to come in here and gripe, but it’s really annoying to have your source of leisure time fun (this game) also be such a source of persistent frustration.
