EA Server Error

I was playing Squad Battle and was winning 5-0. Once the game end, the screen turned dark and said that EA Server are currently unavailable at the moment. When I login back, they recorded my progress as a lost despite winning that match. It also did not count my Rank points. Totally wasted my points, effort and time to play this game just to lose due to EA Server issue. I am not expecting a compensation but what I need is a good game which I paid for. I hope EA is more responsible in doing their job next time. You only have one job and you cant do it right. Such a shame for a big company to ruin their reputation due to this minor issues that they are able to fix but refuse to do so.
