Hey there,
I'm sorry to hear you're having problems connecting. Can you please confirm how long this has been going on and which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?

Same here. I am using PS5 and facing the issue. On my Wifi network/LAN the message received is " EA servers are unavailable right now". Getting the message from last 3 days. But able to connect through mobile hotspots. Strange.....

I'm also facing the same issue... i raised the concern but not getting any response.. just shame on the support team. Pathetic service

Hi there, if you are able to connect via hotspot, there might be something blocking your connection. Please try the steps in this article: Troubleshoot your connection to EA games. I hope this helps.

If one guy is facing a issue it's issue from his/her side but this problem is occuring to many of them from last three days and it's same problem for all it's surely some servers issue

exactly.. I have tried everything .. reinstalled the game...cleared the cache.. reset my network from Internet service provider. ..The game was working fine before 3 days...suddenly it started showing the message.. "EA servers are unavailable right now" since 3 days.. rechecked with my internet provider and they said they havent changed anything...It seems the problem is from EA's side.. It may be possible they are blocking ISPs or some network to join their servers...
