Ea server ran into an error return to main menu

Hi guys, I've had 3 games in a row where I finish with a decent rating and expect to get a lot of xp but then all of a sudden my game returns to the main menu screen after displaying an error message and I lose all my xp in the process.

Any fixes? Pretty sure there's no way to get is back😅
