Yo found a solution - you need to change the DNS to google and it works - this worked for me
To change the DNS on a PS5, go to Settings > Network > Settings > Set up Internet Connection > Advanced Settings, then set the "DNS Settings" to "Manual" and enter your preferred primary and secondary DNS server addresses; for example, Google DNS is 8.8.8.8 for primary and 8.8.4.4 for secondary
