For the last 2 Days I have been unable to play ultimate team on FC25 on the PS5. I've tried manually connecting to EA servers and letting the game run its course when opening app to connect to EA servers, but had no luck. I even waited a day to see if the problem had been fixed but still no luck. I keep getting a pop up saying "EA servers are unavailable right now." It seems I am not the only one who's been experiencing this issue in the last few days, however no solutions have came up that actually work for me and EA's twitter didn't have anything posting about this issue.
Date/Time of bug: 12/22/24 around 3-4pm after content dropped
Error Code: EA servers are unavailable right now. Please try again later
Device Type: PS5
Steps I've taken to troubleshoot:
1) restart PS5
2) complete reset of PS5
3) restart router
4) Delete corrupted files from FC25 settings--> Profile--> Delete(file)
5) talked with advisor on EA help page and taken every step provided to try and fix the bug
6)Deleted FC25 and re-download
