Ea servers unavailable?

Hi there. Let's go through some connection troubleshooting. What platform are you playing on and is a wired or wireless connection being used?

Xbox series X.  Ive already gone through EA chat and they couldn't help.  As I said my connection is great. I can access other EA server games.  Ive power cycled, cleared cache, etc 

This is very odd and frustrating.

Glad to hear you're wired. Try using alternate DNS settings. The instructions for that are in the article here.
