EA SPORTS FC™ 25 - 10 Hour Trial Expired

Nice, I changed the country to New Zealand, started trial and all of the sudden it kicks me out and says Thank you for trying the EA play trial version, So time has expired, but I didn't play a second. More people this problem?

There are troubleshooting steps you can follow to try to rectify this issue which I have also included below.

Workaround:
- Launch the title
- Select Free trial
- Launch Xbox Dashboard
- Enter Settings
- Enter Network Settings
- Select Go Offline
- Return EA FC 25
- Press (A) to advance through In-Game Network Message
- Launch Xbox Dashboard
- Enter Settings
- Enter Network Settings
- Select Go Online
- Return to EA FC 25
- Notice the Welcome to the Club message
- Press (A) to Start

Hello, @Piet_Pirata

You can try setting your console/clock to the correct region and time to see if the trial works at the time it launches in your area. However, there is no guarantee that's going to work.

I have the same issue, tho i somehow logged in once until the game lagged and i had to close it, did you manage to fix it somehow?

Not yet, I guess I have to check tomorrow, that should be the offical starting date to play the 10 hours trial. In the past it always worked without any problem with the New Zealand trick. Maybe they blocked it somehow.

Yeah, same thing. I do wish that EA would help us sort it out somehow, but I basically got ignored with customer service.

Surely we’re entitled to compensation? I mean the only reason I have EA Play is for the early access.

This is not something we would compensate for since you're falsifying your location to try to play early.

In Australia and have the same issue. I didn't change any clock settings as it is available at 12am anyway.
Haven't gotten through to the main menu and I'm being asked to purchase the game as the trial has expired yet I only got as far as watching the Zidane cutscene.
Tried shutting the game down completely and and restarting the console but no luck.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.

If that doesn't help, please open a case with an advisor by following the instructions here so they can investigate this.
