EA SPORTS FC 25 WEEK REWARDS WEBAPP RIVALS

I received last week's rewards from rivals in EA SPORTS FC 25 and when I try to open the player choice item, the webapp and companion display a “server unavailable” message. This feature is currently down for maintenance. Please try again later”. The thing is, I've been trying for 3 days to open the rewards and I can't. What should I do?
