EA Sports FC Restricted Access Error
@sanjififauz Restricted Access is typically an account issue, not a game issue. First, I would check the email linked to the EA account to see if your account was sanctioned by the Terms of Service. If it is not, you will need to reach out to support about this.
When helping with specific issues, like account changes, purchases, and missing content, we must verify that you own this account. We want to ensure we’re not compromising your account, so we can’t help with your issue currently.
You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
