what do I do if I bought the game while still having the trial and it no longer launches because the trial has already expired but I own the actual game, so basically, 30 minutes into my trial I decide to buy EA SPORTS FC25 and upon launching it I get the message that “my free trial has expired” and that I “have to purchase the full game” even though I have it now but it still doesnt work
Community Manager@Xonistehepicdood This happens all the time with games. The trial and the base game are typically two entirely different downloads because the trial itself is just a limited version of the game. In most cases, if you own the base game itself, the trial would normally just start up and you continue.
IF for some reason it does not, you have to uninstall the trial, clear the EA app cache, and then locate the main game itself and download that as long as that one does not say trial.
