EA SPORTS' Neglect of PC Players and the Game's Prolonged Unplayable State
The EA FC 25 game, which I played seamlessly in September at 144 FPS on ultra settings, has become completely unplayable due to your ridiculous updates! The game constantly stutters, suffers from persistent FPS DROPS, and sometimes even fails to recognize inputs from the controller. You've been offering this game in an unplayable state to your customers for over a month now.
In my life, I’ve never seen such a careless, unethical, incompetent, and ineffective gaming company like yours. I can somewhat understand releasing a game full of bugs, as these could potentially be fixed through updates. However, what I can never comprehend or accept is how you manage to ruin a perfectly working game with your updates. You might genuinely be the worst gaming company to ever exist.
Additionally, you do absolutely nothing to assist your users with these issues. This problem has been posted here thousands of times, yet apart from a couple of indifferent and generic responses from your so-called admins, there has been no meaningful communication. THE GAME HAS BEEN UNPLAYABLE FOR OVER A MONTH! Instead of your absurd "We're working on it" messages, we need to see real action.
We paid money to purchase this game, and some of us have also spent money on in-game purchases, yet the game has been unplayable for an entire month. You’ve taken absolutely no concrete steps toward resolving this problem. Instead, you keep releasing nonsensical promos. Instead of promos, why don’t you focus on making the game playable again?
It doesn’t matter whether it’s on the best or the worst computer systems—this game is unplayable across the board. How incompetent and indifferent can a company be? Is there no one on this forum who can take this issue seriously? Thousands of people visit this forum every day, trying to find a way to properly play the game they purchased. Yet there isn’t a single helpful message from any admin. What an absolute disgrace!
If you manage to fix this issue, you are obligated to compensate PC players with free packs for the problems you've caused over the past month and for leaving PC players clearly behind compared to others. I haven’t been able to play WL for three weeks. I’ve missed out on all the promos and couldn’t improve my team.
At this snail's pace, by the time you fix this problem—likely two months from now—console players will be far ahead of most PC players. If you cannot release this game in a functional state on the PC platform and maintain that functionality until the next installment is released, then don’t bother publishing it on PC. Just release it for consoles.
A delay of a day or two might be understandable, but it’s been an entire month, and your blatant ignorance of the situation proves that your company doesn’t deserve anything. Shame on you!
