EAFC 25 Crashing

What a surprise 1 hour of playing new eafc 25 and it's crashed same old ea couldn't run a bath

    Hello everyone,

    I've noticed that many of you are experiencing game-crashing issues, and I'd like to check how we can help!

    Crashing issues can arise for various reasons, so I recommend starting with the steps outlined in our tech guide, as they often resolve similar scenarios. 

    If you're having trouble with the Ultimate Team, try to create a new squad with different players using the companion app or web app and set it as your main squad. If you can not access the Web app, create a new user on your console and log into FC25 with that user. Hope this helps!

    To better assist you, could you please also use the following template when reporting similar problems? This will allow us to identify potential causes more efficiently and gather organized data.


    • Platform
    • Platform ID
    • Where is the crash occurring? 
    • Do you have any steps to reproduce your issue?
    • An option to upload a video showing your crash.
    • If you are on a PC, please attach your DxDiag

    EA_Pulsar 4 days out of 5 I've experienced this in the new week of Squad Battles.

    Please provide an update as to when this issue will be resolved

    Ea fc 25 crashing whenever i am closing in on a milestone. Example, whenever i am closing to win a match that will get me to rank 3 in wl, elite 1 in squad battle and elite division promotion in rivals. In all these instances i was leading by a goal. I thought i was tripping but it happened 20 times within a month and all of the instances have this in common. So yeah i am pretty sure the game algorithm is set like that so that a player can't get to better rank then his average rank rapidly.

    EA_Pulsar New update to game and issue still not resolved. Squad battles match, 2-0 up at half time, scoring my 3rd goal and CRASH straight out to desktop. It was one of the 12 counting squad battles so that's points lost AGAIN.

    An acknowledgement that there is an issue and what EA plan to do to fix it would be nice but as we haven't had any before now I'm obviously just dreaming.

    Bye bye EA sports when no-one buys your games anymore

    Hello i have an issue on ultimate team its keeping kick me out after i finnish a game and not give me the rewards.why its that?
