EAFC 25 Evolutions Bug

My EAFC 25 started to bug out while I was selecting a player for an evolution. (Gabriel Magalhães) After I pressed select my evolutions menu started to bug out, (jumping back and forth between menus) and when it finally stopped all of the evolutions selections weren’t there and I had to restart the game. When I got back into the game and into Ultimate Team I went to restart the whole process only to find the game has selected for me to do the evolutions with Marquinhos. Is there absolutely any way this issue can be rectified? 

My Xbox series X is a month old and I’ve bought and downloaded EAFC 25 onto it so it definitely isn’t an issue from my end of things.
