eafc 25 is not opening

i have been trying for the past 2-3 days to open the game and nothing is working i tried everything looked at all the videos to try and fix it went to ea support said they could not do anything i can get past the splash screen i even went and scrolled past all the things on the ea technical issue solutions tried every one nothing worked please anyone help because i am just losing hope at this point anything will help a person from ea contacting me would be perfect as well its a very bad support system in my opinion very hard to reach the ea support and if you send a email they will you they cant help you idk what else to do just anyone helping me would be perfect
