EAFC 25 is not working

When I open the EA app and click on play on eafc25, right after that, a warning appears on the screen, saying that "Your computer is currently offline. To activate your game on this computer, using your EA Account, you need to be connected to the internet." See attachment When I click OK, it closes and the game does not open, please help me.
I think it's important to point out that this is only in EA FC 25; all other games work normally. I'm not without internet.
