EAFC 25 LAG

Why on my menu before loading into a game on FC25 Ultimate team does it say my ping is good and steady but as soon as I load into a match I immediately find myself lagging? What can fix this?

Same here. Every other game i play has no lag, no high ping. Only certain modes on FC25 are unplayable.
