Eafc 25 not received squad battle rewards

I was elite 1 with over 27k points, went on the companion app for 9am and it said I had to wait for the elite rewards, went back on at 9:01 and nothing was there just 0 points and no packs in my store. I loaded my Xbox up to make sure and nothing was on there either
