Can we try the following steps?
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- If there’s an option available, try capping your frame rate. You can also enable Vertical Sync (V-Sync), to match your frame rate to your display’s refresh rate.
- Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

Here are more information about his issue. I encountered the same issue as mentioned in comment #3, and it just happened today. I had been playing the game normally since 20/9. I've tried various troubleshooting methods, including yours, but the problem persists. Interestingly, when I logged in using my friend's account, the game worked fine. However, when I switched back to my own account, the issue returned.

@EA_Pulsar Additionally, I had my friend log into my account, and they encountered the same issue when trying to enter the game. Could it be that the problem is related to each individual's EA ID?
