EAFC Playtime incorrect

I have played EAFC 25 approximately 4-5 hours a day since launch, playing about 20 games a day. However my playtime is displayed as a weekly average of 32 minutes, and says I have never played a match. As such, I can't access the transfer market on the web app yet.
