Firstly, welcome to EA forums!

If you happen to be an RTX 50 Series user, applying the following NVIDIA Hotfix may help you:

GeForce Hotfix Driver 576.15

The hotfix is less than 24hrs old at this point so it is possible you have not yet installed it.

This hotfix does not solve this problem.
Only reverting to previous March drivers.

well my gpu is RTX 30 series, 3060 specifically, and my cpu is i7 7700k so?..
