EAFC25 keeps crashing

Hello, I've been trying to play the game for 5 days, but after about 30 seconds, even if I don't press anything,the game closes by itself. I’ve tried the following:

Added the game and EA App as exceptions in my antivirusCleared DirectX cache and all related caches

Launched EAFC25 as administrator

Set all graphics settings to the lowest, tried windowed mode, fullscreen, etc.

Repaired the game both from the EA App and from EA AntiCheat

Reinstalled NVIDIA drivers

Completely disabled my antivirus

Uninstalled and reinstalled both the EA App and EAFC25

Despite all of this, the game still closes by itself after 30 seconds. I’m sure the issue is linked to my account, since I’m paying €6/month for EA Play to access the game. Even though I keep submitting help requests on EA Help, nobody has assisted me yet. Please tell me what I should do.

 RTX 4060 Laptop GPU, i7-13620H, Windows 11 Home.
