Hello i get this message when i click to create an ultimate team. My home connection works fine. How can this be fixed?

I used to play without any issues , I play on pc.

If you're getting the exact same error, could you first try deleting any FC files that might have become corrupt, followed by repairing the game depending on if you play on the EA app or on Steam?
No i wasn't able to play before either. PS5
