Screen refresh rate remains stuck at 60Hz.

I play FC25 on PC with an MSI RTX 4070 8GB and an i9 14500HX processor. My screen is 240Hz, but I'm only getting 60Hz, and I can't change it. What's the reason for this? I hope you can help, but when I try, my game crashes. I would be very happy if you could fix this.
