Hey, @kingpalmer123456, Is there an error you see in the game? Could you please share a screenshot of it? Can I also confirm your platform, connection type, and the name of your Internet provider?

I recently purchased need for speed unbound and my cousin was using my laptop a day back and it may happen he has deleted few files I am not sure but now when ever I try to open the game this error pops up
