Community Managerhey @apexdante1991 Please give the following steps a try and see if that helps.
- Please ensure that no third-party software is running in the background.
- Disconnect any other USB devices from your PC. You can connect your controller after launching the game to see if that works.
- Reset your previous game settings by deleting the folder. (The default location on PC is C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25. App Data is usually a hidden folder, so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)
- Launch the game FC25 exe file as administrator from the installation folder.
- @EA_Pulsar Thanks, what I did was go to the location of the executable and open it as administrator and that worked for me
I am on ps5 and game was fine to start and recently I can’t even play it as my console overheats as soon as enter match however I can play other games and it fine but fc 25 shuts my console off straight away is there a fix I have already cleaned console out many times. When this be fixed
