Error in PS4

I recently purchased FC 25 for PS4 and after two days I got an error message and the game would stop working. All other games that I play work normally.

so I thought it’s a defect in the disk and I exchanged it for a new one and I am getting the same issue again. I have attached an image of the error. Please suggest on how I can fix it☹️((
