Error PP ICON PLEASE HELP ME

Hello, I was completing a Squad Building Challenge (SBC) in FIFA 25, in fc25 companion ,specifically the PIC ICON 93+, and while submitting one of the squads (which required a rating of 89), an error occurred. I entered the required cards, reached the required rating, and tried to submit the squad, but an error message appeared (“Failed” or submission error). I logged out of the application and logged back in. However, when I logged back in, I noticed that: • The cards I used have disappeared from my club. • The SBC is still incomplete (not submitted). I have tried checking the “Unassigned Items” section, restarting the game, and reopening the squad, but the cards are still missing. I would like you to check what happened and, if possible, return the cards used or complete the squad, as this was an error beyond my control.
