Error purchasing premium pass in UT

Since the Futties season came out at EAFC25, I haven't been able to purchase my premium pass on UT. I'm getting an error when purchasing it that says "A server error occurred while completing your purchase. Please try again later." I've been trying for several days now, over two weeks, and it still hasn't resolved the issue. Please, I need a solution for this. Thank you. P.S.: I can't purchase it from the WebApp either; I've tried several times as well.

I spoke to an EA representative and he told me to write on the forum to get help.
