Error screen playing UT

Question

I was a squad battles on my ultimate team and after leading by 4-0. Then the game suddenly stopped and the next screen asked to send an error report which I did.

i then logged back into the game, only find that the squad battle match has been recorded as zero point. This is not just unfair but very annoying and frustrating as I won’t be getting any reward my time and energy invested to play the match.

this is not the first time this is happening and I am actually fed up of it.

Hey there,&nbsp;I'm really sorry the matches ended as a loss because of this error. While we're not able to grant you the win for these matches, we can try to assist in fixing this error to avoid any further problems. In the top right of the screen, we can see the error code "CE-108255-1". You can check the PSN Support website for instructions in this case:&nbsp;How to fix CE-108255-1. In the link it says to make sure the game is up to date. If your game is updated and you're still receiving this error, I suggest that you try a reinstall to see if this still occurs.&nbsp;

@EA_cuervo The game was up to date and I even went to settings myself to update the team sheets before going in the UT mode. But it didn’t stop it from happening twice which makes me not be to get the squad battle rewards I should be entitled to because I was winning both games.

I’d suggest that these matches that get abruptly stopped by errors should not be recorded as a loss (I am sure there is a script backend to differentiate between a match quit from pause menu, game being closed by players on PS menu and game closed by error from the error report submitted) but rather give players the opportunity to replay the match.

...this is BS, you guys need to find a way around these losses...not like u can sit there and keep playing games to make up the list points, with your new capping on amount of games that will count towards weekly points. Makes you think of next year's version and whether I wanna keep putting up w this or just spend the time in Madden or CS.
