Error While Downloading Arabic Commentary – Error Code FFFF00B

I hope this message finds you well. I am encountering an issue when trying to download the Arabic commentary for my game. Every time I attempt the download, I receive the following error message:

“This item is currently not available. Please try again later. (FFFF00B)”

I have tried multiple times over several days, but the problem persists. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide guidance on how to resolve it.

I found a solution:

Download the language file on the main user not the other users and it will work

انا اللعبه عندي السي دي نفسه علي الجهاز واكونت واحد بس والتعليق مش شغال 

How ??? Send video or files

Open the main user you bought the game with it must be the main user not primary one

then go to the game fifa 25 from ps store go down till you see add ons

after that download the arabic commentary 

then go to the game settings audio and change the audio to arabic it will work

Thank you for your suggested solution regarding the Arabic commentary download issue. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to work in my case because I am using the CD version of the game, not a digital copy.

I believe the solution may need to be adjusted for physical copies, and I would greatly appreciate any additional guidance or steps that could help resolve this issue for the CD version.
