Error with hero picks
Done 2 hero picks and when tried opening them there was an error communicating with FUT servers and lost both picks. 😐
Restart the game and check again.
If it doesn't work then try approaching EA help - https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/
They usually deals with missing items.
