Maybe someone else have problem with pick in web app? I got pick with player 75-80, but i cant open it, error: "Sorry, this feature is currently down for maintenance. Please check back later".
This error during one day .. I cant open another packs ... what's wrong??

This issue has been resolved, and you should now be able to redeem your player picks on the Companion and Web App again.

you need to open the console to acces player pick, no point in useing the COMPANION APP or WEB APP
So how long will it take to fix this and would we be getting any in return from this
Wouldn't a work around be to make the player picks deleteable or quick sold before they are opened so players can still bypass the issue if they needed too (I'm thinking mostly for loans)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By getting a Centurion Icon Loan Player Pick.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can´t redeem the player pick
What should be happening instead? I should be able to pick the player.
There is a Centurion Icon Loan Player Pick ready to be redeemed on my account. I currently have no access to my PS5, so I´m using Companion App and Web App.
The problem is that an error appears at my screen , saying the Server is Unavailable, and I´m not able to pick this Icon player Pick, which also stops me from accessing my other rewards and packs.
Its just sad
I have the same issue. It won't open or redeem and I can't open my others packs now due to unassigned item.
Same here. EA need to get this fixed. We’re missing out on valuable items.
