error

each time i try to go for ultimate team it states an error occurred downloading the football ultimate team squad updates and i have gone through out all scenarios with chat support and still nothing please assist

Hey @fal2s, This usually happens if something is blocking your connection. Are there any restrictions or firewalls on your network? Are you able to test it using a different network?
