Every time I score or pause, the game crashes

Additionally, the game has not been rendered and is about to give me epilepsy every time I play. I've deleted and downloaded and tried the PS4 version on my PS5 and nothing is fixing the crashing + rendering issues. EA failed to review 3 of my cases since November so I guess I must make this public. Why can't I add videos on here?? EA where is my refund this is not normal want to merk players already
