EVO broken.. 500k

The “strike force evo” that gives 3 playstyle pluses, finesse, quickstep, and low driven…

it shows I have completed it on my ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the players playstyles on the menu and then u go in game and he only has 2… I’ve even confirmed it with Al Jaber (another player with 3 playstyles pluses and low driven plus) and it shows in game that he doesn’t have the playstyle even though I completed and claimed this evo well before the end date.

i tried to contact EA help and they literally ran me in circles… one day they said “there is no description for this evo”… the next they said “come back tomorrow for an update” and then finally the last day they said I must have not completed the evo… when it literally shows that I have 3 playstyle pluses on the card.. and all attributes are as they were supposed to rise.
