Evo issue

Hi, I’m having a problem where I cannot see any evos in the my evo section and cannot complete any . 
it says I have no evolution started but the players I had already started can still finish their evos. Has anyone else had this problem before and sorted it. I’ve tried everything … restated ps5, restarted game, logged out and logged back in. To no help
