Evolution error

I put my Hall evo into whatever the 2 play style plus evo was for getting 10 goals with a fs player in your lineup. I played the game and after it disappeared. I sent a case to Ea support and I was told I would get an email which I never did. Now the 2 ps+ evo is supposedly expired and I have no way of doing Dynamic Defender level 3. The evo legit just disappeared, it shows him as in progress but the evo wasn’t in my active screen and I wasn’t able to put anybody else in it either.
