Evolution Problem

The paid “number 8” evolution was applied to an undesirable player in my club without me confirming this. I submitted video evidence to EA and now have to wait for them to “investigate”. Since it is a paid evolution, if I do not receive some compensation… I would consider it thievery through negligence.
