Experience high latency after the maintenance yesterday

After the maintenance carried out yesterday, i am not able to connect to the previous central asia server which is normally 2-4ms. Instead, i can only connect to other servers that is always 40-50ms, and it’s totally unplayable. Is the hong kong server permanently shut down or it’s just a temporarily maintenance. Please help to fix the issues.
