failed to join session

failed to join session we couldn't connect to the game session because it's either full or no longer available. error code: ec:10200

 how can i fix this?
My friend does the same thing and we can't play together, I watched tutorials and nothing helps
I invite him to Division Rivals and he gets the same thing, he invites me the same thing
I play on PC and he plays on PC too
