Falsely Banned for "Involved in Cheating" From FC25

Hello everyone,

I'm an FC25 player who enjoys playing Clubs whenever I have time away from work. Recently, on November 1st, 2024 (DD/MM/YYYY), I tried to log into the game to play Clubs while on a voice call with some friends I met in-game.

However, I received a message saying I couldn't connect to the EA servers. I told my friends that I couldn't enter the game and maybe I should restart it. After restarting, I was shocked to see a ban message on my screen from EA. I immediately checked my email and saw the ban notification, which said:

"We've detected your account involved in cheating while playing EA SPORTS FC™, which is against our rules."

I was confused because I haven't used any cheats, nor have I engaged in any AFK farming. I only played Ultimate Team once. The gamemodes I usually play are Rush in Clubs, normal Club matches, and Career Mode.

I created a support ticket with EA, but they haven't responded, and it's been over 10 days. I don’t understand why I was banned, and I’m hoping someone can provide advice on what I should do next.
