fc 25 ban

i got an email this morning the email said i am cheating in the game and get ban i never using and hack
in this game

i using so much money and time in this game why i need to using hack ?

and i check the login record of my account i find out that one login record is not mine i ( i will put it in the attachment )

i am from hong kong (香港) and the login record in 2024/11/10 is in nanning (廣西) which is a city in china
i think i got hack and using cheat in the game

I love this game very much i already play this game almost250 hour please unban me thank you

i already using the ea help to appeal it but i still got a email that ea will not unban my account

@Michael0827 i already try all the thing i can do use eahelp (email )
talk with the online advisor and the advisor just pass the ball to ea help email again i cant do anything now

They did the same thing to me. I’ve been a FIFA veteran since 2014. I never used any cheat this game. It’s so bad this year. Banned me for no reason. My last game I beat a guy 9-2 but I’m just good at the game. Next thing you know I got a message saying I was banned for hacking. I disputed it and they said they took the correct action.

No , I am not going to buy this * game anymore
Every time u appeal u can just wait few day and get the same email that said they took the correct action I lost my time my money fk this game !
