I did those measure already thank you for responding but my dispute hasn’t gotten any updates since i sent it almost 3 weeks ago. idk why it’s taking so long.

I'm sorry to hear you still haven't received a reply. Sometimes, it takes a bit longer than expected. You should be able to verify the status of your case here: https://help.ea.com/en/help-my-cases/. If you cannot see it there, please send a new dispute.
