FC 25 BLACK SCREEN PC

Hello, besides the fact that the latest FC game from EA (FC 25) is running very badly on PC, recently for a few weeks I've been getting DNF in certain matches because it doesn't enter the match and I need to force quit the game, the screen simply stays black as if it's loading, but nothing appears, I've waited 30 minutes and no change, it's not normal and I lose a lot of matches both in rivals/squad battle and in weekend league, it's not normal for a 100 euro game to do something like this, please EA do something about this game, I've tried all the possibilities, changed windows on the pc, cleaned components, updated drivers, different settings, all in vain, I can hardly play anymore, when I enter the match it also goes into frame drop.......
