FC 25 closes when entering the menu

FC 25 now, when I open it and it goes to the menu, it closes completely. I've tried everything: I deleted the anti-cheat and reinstalled it, and I even deleted and reinstalled the game, but it still closes after a few seconds on the menu. I hope it's a game update.
