This software cannot be used at the same time as the game.
I just installed FC 25 on my laptop, and for some reason it says, this software cannot be used at the same time as the game please make sure it's not running or restart your pc. (84) DiscSoftLTD (Daemion Tools). I have seen various videos, but they are useless, they only speak when you have this Dameon Tools, meanwhile I have not downloaded that nor the DiscSoftLTD. I tried various methods such as, restarting the laptop, making the launcher (STEAM) administrator and then verifying the files, reinstalling the anticheat, updating it, repair it, NON has worked. Hi, I’ve been playing EA games on my pc for 5 years with no issues at all with Anticheat. However yesterday for the first ever time, the game could not launch as Anticheat was detecting ‘AutoHotKey’. I have never once installed this app, I have also never installed any kind of mods or modding software to my pc for any games. I just use my pc for gaming and video editing. If I repair the anticheat file, I am able to open the game but if i close the game, I am met with the same autohotkey message again when trying to reopen. Is there a known fix for this? As its just happened out of the blue I’m quite confused.
Launching FC25 never works, showing DXGI_ERROR_NOT_FOUND
This has been an issue ever since I wanted to play and get hours with the game again but it's also since then that the game refuses to boot. I have tried doing everything to fix it including support from the EA Help Team, installing a fresh set of NVIDIA Drivers, reinstalling DirectX, reinstalling the game, restarting my laptop, verifying and opening the game again, watched youtube videos on fixing this problem. Eveything you could name to fix this problem, it never seems to work. Can someone from EA or someone who has an idea what the error I attached to this post and give me a viable solution please? Thank you so much.
FC25 Companion App Login Issue
I’ve been having issues with logging in to my account on the companion app, I always get the same error message saying “We’re currently having issues with login services…” I’ve tried resetting the account password to make sure the one I was using was correct and contacting ea help and had no luck. I’m fairly certain my login info is correct and it even shows the normal logout on your other device message when I try while logged in on my Xbox.
FC25 just won't launch.
After starting the game through the EA app, a small window pops up first, followed by a larger loading screen. Every time, I get kicked back to the EA app at this larger loading screen. The progress bar on the loading screen never goes beyond 10%, and it never loads any further. I've tried various solutions I found online, but I keep running into the same issue. And sometimes EA apps also crash.
