FC 25 clubs cant play with roommate

my roommate and i cannot both connect to a clubs match. we both have Fifa 2025 purchased through steam on our own accounts, on our own PC and when we connect to a clubs match one of us fails to connect to opponent. I have changed my advanced launch options in steam to +Clientport 222555 for fifa and still same issue
