It sounds like you're aware of this already, but feel free to check through this information regarding unlocking the Transfer Market.
Access to this separate app may vary depending on your account history, however this is properly granting access to accounts as they become eligible.
Playing more than 3 games will not increase your chances of unlocking this, so it really is just a matter of playing games until the system provides access automatically based on the factors listed in the link above.
